Welcome to Formonger (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, APIs, services, and applications (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally capable of entering into a contract to use our Service

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and any activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy.

You must not:

• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service to transmit spam or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or duplicate the Service

5. Workspaces and Subscriptions

Each workspace may be governed by its own subscription plan and limits. You are responsible for all activity and billing under your workspace(s). Free workspaces are limited to one per user unless otherwise agreed.

6. Payments & Billing

By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge the applicable fees. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing cycle ends. Details are provided in our Billing Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and code associated with the Service is owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service as provided.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data after a retention period.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the dashboard or email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
