Billing & Refund Policy

This Billing and Refund Policy outlines how we handle subscriptions, payments, plan upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, and refunds for Formonger ("we", "us", or "our").
By subscribing to a paid plan or using our billing features, you agree to this policy in conjunction with our Terms of Service.
1. Billing Model
We operate a per-workspace billing model, meaning:
- Each workspace is billed individually based on its selected plan.
- The first workspace created under a user account may qualify for a free Starter plan.
- Any additional workspace requires a paid plan or Pay-As-You-Go billing option at setup.

2. Subscription Charges
- a. Billing Cycle
- Subscriptions are charged monthly or annually, depending on the user’s choice at checkout.
- Charges recur automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
- b. Proration
- If you upgrade a workspace plan mid-cycle, you’ll be billed immediately for the prorated difference.
- Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- c. Currency
- All prices are shown and charged in USD unless otherwise stated.
3. Payment Processing
We use Dodo Payments as our payment processor. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method in accordance with the selected plan.
We do not store your payment details on our servers.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
